Enquiry form (design intent)

The production form uses labelled fields with persistent visible labels, inline error text tied to inputs via aria-describedby, no CAPTCHA that depends on visual perception alone, an accessible fallback challenge, spam scoring server-side, and confirmation of what happens next and when. Submissions are stored in the Republic of Ireland region and retained under the agreed schedule.
